Drain and Sewer Inspections
Concerns about the condition of the sewer or septic lines on your property? Purchasing a home and unsure of the condition of the main drain? EFD Works can help.
A significant percentage of main sewer lines have conditions requiring attention. Depending on the age of the home and the condition of the plumbing, sewer lines can be made from materials that wear over time or can be damaged by conditions and root intrusions. Repairs can be costly and it is best to find out sooner than later.
Relevant details: Our Drain and Sewer Inspection service is geared to assessing the condition of main sewer or septic drain lines (three inches in diameter or larger). The inspector will need access to the drain system for one hour minimum. During the inspection period, the sewer (or septic) system will be unavailable to occupants for the entirety of the inspection period. That includes use of restrooms, laundy, dishwashing, etc. Lastly, the water service must be turned on at the inspection site.
Once the camera work is complete, we will send a report along with the video footage.
